Irish House Party on 'Occupation Double'
Up to 3 million French Canadians tuned in to Dublin this year, when a popular reality TV show, called Occupation Double (‘Double Occupancy’) aired on Canada’s TVA network.
Occupation Double follows single men and women in their quest for love, with selected couples travelling abroad during the series. We were delighted to be selected by the programme as an activity that the couples experienced and we had a really fun night with the TV show at the House Party Previous shows have taken competitors to destinations like Mexico, Berlin, Stockholm and Madrid. The Dublin segment aired in November, to an expected audience of between 3 million viewers across Canada. The province of Quebec has great ties with Irish culture, with many francophones having ancestral connections to the island of Ireland. This programme was a great way to showcase what’s on offer in Dublin for French Canadian visitors.” Video clip will be her soon.
